We only need a few details for an initial conversation. We don’t collect identity documents through this website.
What we collect
Your name, email address, preferred way of being contacted, your phone number if you choose Viber or WhatsApp, country of residence, the location and type of service you need, and any description you choose to provide. We record when you send your inquiry and your consent to be contacted. We don’t ask for personal identification numbers, copies of documents or card details.
Why we need it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, check whether the service is possible and prepare a quote. We don’t sign you up for marketing messages. We rely on your consent to process the inquiry, and you can withdraw it.
Who can access it
The person running the pilot handles inquiries. We don’t share your description or contact details with lawyers or other service providers without agreeing this with you first. Hosting and email providers process data to operate the service. If you choose Viber or WhatsApp, messages go through those services (Rakuten Viber or Meta), and their privacy terms also apply.
Abuse prevention
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated requests. Cloudflare processes technical browser information, including the IP address. Our server verifies the security token without sending your name, email address or inquiry description in that check.
How long we keep it
We keep inactive inquiries that don’t lead to an engagement for up to 90 days. If you agree to a service, we’ll explain how case and payment records are retained before the engagement begins. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent to further contact.
Website analytics
If enabled, analytics measure visits, service selections and successfully sent inquiries. We don’t send your name, email address or case description to analytics. Advertising pixels are not enabled.
