How to describe your request
Name the city, the provider and the change you want. We do not need an account number, contract or ownership document for the first conversation. Following the initial check, we explain which documents or authorizations are needed and whether you must attend in person.
Know the next steps before deciding
We agree the specific request, an available local person, known costs and how you will receive updates. The pilot starts in Banja Luka and Sombor. Requests for other cities are welcome, with availability checked individually. If an ownership issue or dispute arises, we separately check whether a lawyer is needed.
