What do we need to get started?
Tell us the document, city or municipality, your country of residence and what you need it for. Mention any deadline. Personal identification numbers, passport numbers and scans are not needed for the initial inquiry. Before engagement, we check whether authorization, certification, translation or an original is required.
Agreeing collection and delivery
We first check whether someone can handle your request in Banja Luka or Sombor. You then receive a quote describing the agreed work and known costs. Delivery and any requirements of the institution receiving your document are discussed before you accept. You can also ask about another city.

This depends on the register, the institution and who is authorized to submit or collect the request. Describe your situation and we will check the options before preparing a quote.
02Does the estimate include international delivery?
Delivery, official fees, certification and translation are not included in the starting estimate. The quote lists the known costs for your document and destination.
